Why it exists

What is missing, for many of these women.

What I see most often, in the women who come to me trying to conceive, is the weight of doing more, doing it better, doing it perfectly. They have already cleaned up everything they can think of. They have cut out the wine, started supplements, tracked their cycles for months. They have read everything. And still, when conception does not happen, the pressure mounts.

The fertility clinics they visit are clinically efficient but rarely have time for the lifestyle, nutrition, and nervous system work that genuinely supports conception alongside any medical intervention. The practitioners they see may emphasize one piece without integrating the whole. And the friends and family around them mean well, but most do not know what to say.

Body, nervous system, emotional steadiness. Working alongside whatever medical fertility support a woman may also be using. Not instead of, alongside.

What is missing, for many of these women, is a structured twelve-week period of focused, clinical-depth preparation that treats them as the whole person they are. Body, nervous system, emotional steadiness. The Preconception Reset is what I built to fill that gap.

The Preconception Reset is a twelve-week cohort program structured in three phases. Each phase builds on the last. You will work both within a small group, with live calls and shared learning, and 1:1 with me, with personalized assessment and tailored guidance throughout.

I am not sure I have time for twelve weeks.

The program is designed for the time a real life can give. Roughly three to four hours per week across group calls, 1:1 sessions, and personal practice. The structure protects the time so it actually gets used.

I have already been trying for a long time.

This program meets you where you are. Many participants come in after months or years of trying. The preparation work is just as useful then as it would have been earlier. Often more so, because the depletion is deeper.

I am already in IVF or fertility treatment.

The program runs alongside any medical fertility care, never as a replacement. Many participants do this program specifically because the lifestyle and nervous system work supports the medical treatments they are already in.

My partner is not interested.

Many participants begin solo. The program is built to work either way. Often what shifts during the program changes the conversation at home in ways neither person could have planned in advance.

I am not sure I am the right kind of person for a group program.

The cohort is small and the group calls are not therapy. They are practical, contained, and held with care. Some participants engage actively in the group; others stay quieter. Both shapes work.

Frequently asked

Questions worth answering.

How is this different from working with you 1:1?
1:1 work is bespoke and ongoing without a fixed program structure. The Reset is structured, time-bounded, and includes both group and individual elements. Some women prefer the container of a program; some prefer the openness of 1:1. Both are valid.
What if I conceive during the program?
If you conceive during the program, that is wonderful. You complete the program as it transitions naturally into early-pregnancy support, and you have the option to continue with 1:1 pregnancy work afterwards.
Can I do this if I am currently in IVF or other medical fertility treatment?
Yes. This work runs alongside medical fertility treatment, never instead of. Many participants do this program specifically because the lifestyle and nervous system work supports the medical treatments they are already in.
Will there be future cohorts?
Yes. The Preconception Reset runs as cohorts approximately every quarter. If September is not the right time, you can join the waitlist for the next cohort.
What if I need to miss a week?
All live calls are recorded. The program structure is supportive, not punitive. We work with the realities of your life.
