The Preconception Reset.
The Preconception Reset is for women preparing to conceive. It is for the ones who suspect there is more they could be doing, but do not know what. For the ones who have cleaned up the diet and started tracking the cycle, and still feel like they are missing something. It works alongside any medical fertility care.
Twelve weeks of preparation before trying. So that trying becomes easier, and what comes next is built on stronger ground.

What is missing, for many of these women.
What I see most often, in the women who come to me trying to conceive, is the weight of doing more, doing it better, doing it perfectly. They have already cleaned up everything they can think of. They have cut out the wine, started supplements, tracked their cycles for months. They have read everything. And still, when conception does not happen, the pressure mounts.
The fertility clinics they visit are clinically efficient but rarely have time for the lifestyle, nutrition, and nervous system work that genuinely supports conception alongside any medical intervention. The practitioners they see may emphasize one piece without integrating the whole. And the friends and family around them mean well, but most do not know what to say.
Body, nervous system, emotional steadiness. Working alongside whatever medical fertility support a woman may also be using. Not instead of, alongside.
What is missing, for many of these women, is a structured twelve-week period of focused, clinical-depth preparation that treats them as the whole person they are. Body, nervous system, emotional steadiness. The Preconception Reset is what I built to fill that gap.
All five pillars, woven through the twelve weeks.
The Preconception Reset is built on the same five pillars that run through everything I do, with the emphasis tuned for the preparation phase.

Three phases. Twelve weeks.
The Preconception Reset is a twelve-week cohort program structured in three phases. Each phase builds on the last. You will work both within a small group, with live calls and shared learning, and 1:1 with me, with personalized assessment and tailored guidance throughout.
Where you are. What is most depleted.
- Comprehensive intake: lifestyle, nutrition, cycle, sleep, stress, mental load
- Initial 1:1 assessment session
- Live group call: introducing the methodology
- Materials: Foundations workbook
Goal · A clear picture of where you are, what is most depleted, and what we will work on first.
Lifestyle, nutrition, and the nervous system layer.
- Personalized lifestyle and nutrition guidance based on intake
- Nervous system regulation practices tailored to your patterns
- Two 1:1 sessions across the phase
- Two live group calls: deep dives into the practical work
- Materials: weekly practice guides
Goal · The foundations actually shift.
Steady ground. Ready to begin.
- Integration of what has been built
- Final 1:1 assessment session
- Closing live group call: readiness and what comes next
- Materials: integration guide and what-comes-next resources
Goal · Ready to begin trying with the foundations in place.
Everything included across the twelve weeks.
- 4 × 1:1 sessions with Johanna · 60 min each
- 4 × live group calls · 90 min each, anchoring each phase
- Weekly written materials and practice guides
- Recordings of all live group calls, kept
- Cohort community for the duration of the program
- Written check-ins for individual support between sessions
What twelve weeks of preparation actually changes.
What you can set down.
- The pressure of doing more, doing it better
- The noise of conflicting fertility advice from every direction
- The fragmented protocols that never quite cohere
- The exhausted hyper-vigilance of tracking everything alone
- The sense that something is wrong with you for taking time
What you can step into.
- A clear sense of what your body actually needs, in this stage
- Foundations that hold whether conception happens this month or in twelve
- Nervous system regulation that supports both fertility and what follows
- A small group of women preparing alongside you
- Steady accompaniment from someone who knows the work
What women often ask before applying.
The honest questions and reservations that come up most often. None of these mean the program is not for you. They are part of how anyone considers a real commitment.
I am not sure I have time for twelve weeks.
The program is designed for the time a real life can give. Roughly three to four hours per week across group calls, 1:1 sessions, and personal practice. The structure protects the time so it actually gets used.
I have already been trying for a long time.
This program meets you where you are. Many participants come in after months or years of trying. The preparation work is just as useful then as it would have been earlier. Often more so, because the depletion is deeper.
I am already in IVF or fertility treatment.
The program runs alongside any medical fertility care, never as a replacement. Many participants do this program specifically because the lifestyle and nervous system work supports the medical treatments they are already in.
My partner is not interested.
Many participants begin solo. The program is built to work either way. Often what shifts during the program changes the conversation at home in ways neither person could have planned in advance.
I am not sure I am the right kind of person for a group program.
The cohort is small and the group calls are not therapy. They are practical, contained, and held with care. Some participants engage actively in the group; others stay quieter. Both shapes work.
What you will work with.
The Preconception Reset draws on a library of lifestyle, manual, and nutrition materials built over years. Each module is short, practical, and designed to be returned to. Modules below are a representative selection.

Who this program is for, and who it is not.
A program is only as useful as its fit. Read both sides honestly before considering it.
- Women preparing to conceive, willing to do the lifestyle and nervous system work
- People who want clinical depth combined with emotional steadiness
- Those who can commit to twelve weeks before trying
- Couples preparing together (one partner does the program, the conversations open up at home)
- People navigating fertility challenges who want both practical guidance and someone alongside them in the inner work
- People looking for a single supplement protocol or a fast track
- Those needing immediate medical fertility intervention as a sole approach (this works alongside, not as a replacement for, medical fertility care)
- Those who would find twelve weeks of focused preparation frustrating
- Those who cannot currently commit twelve weeks of focused attention to themselves and their preparation
Questions worth answering.
How is this different from working with you 1:1?
What if I conceive during the program?
Can I do this if I am currently in IVF or other medical fertility treatment?
Will there be future cohorts?
What if I need to miss a week?

Twelve weeks. Stronger ground.
The Preconception Reset is twelve weeks of focused, personalized preparation before trying. It is the work I would have wanted available to me when I was preparing my own body for pregnancy. If something here resonates, the next step is a Discovery Call.
