How the program is built

The Preconception Reset runs over twelve weeks, structured in three phases of four weeks each. Each phase has a different focus, and each phase ends with a clear orientation to the next.

The structure is designed to do two things at once. First, to give the body enough sustained time at each phase for actual change to land. Twelve weeks is the minimum for a meaningful shift in hormone balance, sleep architecture, and the nervous system's baseline. Second, to keep the cohort moving together. The shared rhythm of the program is part of what makes it work.

What happens each week

Each week you can expect:

  • One 90-minute group call, anchoring the week's focus
  • Weekly written materials and practice guides delivered by email
  • Personal practice, roughly two to three hours across the week
  • Written check-ins from me between sessions
  • The cohort community, available throughout

In addition, you have four 1:1 sessions with me across the twelve weeks. These are scheduled to align with the phases of the program.

What to do in the first week

In week one, the only ask is to read the foundations workbook, complete the intake, and begin noticing. The work proper begins in week two, after your initial 1:1 session. Use the first week to settle in.

The structure protects the time so the time actually gets used.

The next module is on cycle tracking, which is the first practical practice the program asks for.
