Foundations for the preparation phase
Orienting to the work of the Preconception Reset. What we are tending across the twelve weeks, and why these foundations matter for fertility, conception, and what follows.

Why the foundations come first
Fertility preparation is not a single intervention. It is the steady building of the conditions the body actually draws from when it is asked to conceive, carry a pregnancy, and recover afterward. The foundations module orients you to the work of the next twelve weeks. It is the layer underneath everything else.
The work begins with an honest look at where you are. Sleep, nourishment, the nervous system, movement, the texture of your week, and the cycle itself. Not as a list of things to fix in parallel, but as one connected system that responds when even a small part of it is given attention.
What you will work with
Across the twelve weeks, four foundations carry the most weight: nervous system regulation, sleep, nourishment, and cycle health. Each one supports the others. A body that is sleeping better digests better. A body whose nervous system is more often in rest-and-digest mode produces hormones more steadily. A cycle that is supported by nutrient-dense food becomes more readable, which feeds back into the rest.
The point of starting here is to make the rest of the program land. The other modules go deeper into specific topics. This one names the ground they all stand on.
A small first step
For the first week, the only ask is to notice. Notice your sleep without trying to change it. Notice your meals without rewriting them. Notice when you feel grounded and when you feel scattered. We will work with what you learn.
The foundations are universal. The priorities and the pace are not.
The Preconception Reset begins with you, where you are. The next module steps into the nervous system, which sits underneath much of the rest.
