In this module you'll learn:

  • Understand why the maintenance phase is MORE important than release for long-term success
  • Reintroduce healthy fats gradually—one new fat per day to identify reactions
  • Continue modified intermittent fasting (12-16 hours) 5-7 days per week
  • Structure maintenance meals with 115-170g protein, unlimited non-starchy vegetables, and healthy fats
  • Wait at least 4 weeks of stable weight before cycling back to another release phase
