I'm wrapping up my daily updates on my Healing Leaky Gut journey, but the real experiment is just beginning. This article explores the second part of my project, where I'll be reintroducing common foods like cocoa, coffee, soy, dairy, and nuts into my diet to see how my body reacts. I'll be sharing my progress and insights as I navigate this new phase, and I'm excited to see how my body responds. For now, I'm reflecting on my last 30 days of focused healing and getting ready to take the next step towards a balanced gut and a healthier me.

This is my last daily update. Now it's time for part 2 of my Healing Leaky Gut project. I will be focusing on finishing my article series as well as reintroducing cocoa, coffee, soy, dairy, nuts etc into my diet to see how my body responds to it.
