A Gentle Reintroduction

As we near the end of this initial phase, we begin to consider the next steps in our healing journey. Today marks a transition, as we prepare to thoughtfully reintroduce certain foods and observe our body's response. We'll be exploring how your body reacts to foods like cocoa, coffee, and dairy, and I'll be sharing my own experiences with you.

This is my last daily update. Now it's time for part 2 of my Healing Leaky Gut project. I will be focusing on finishing my article series as well as reintroducing cocoa, coffee, soy, dairy, nuts etc into my diet to see how my body responds to it. This will take a while and I'll try to keep you updated on how it's going. Enjoy!
