Healing leaky gut: day 21

Article Outline

Summary

A quiet day of nourishment

On days when we're focusing on healing, sometimes the simplest approach is the best. Today, we prioritized gentle, loving care - for ourselves and our loved ones. Let's take a look at the soothing foods that helped make it a calm and restorative day. The day's menu featured a thoughtful mix of easy-to-digest foods, carefully chosen to support our healing journey. We savored each bite, enjoying the quiet moments spent together. In this reflection, we'll explore the day's offerings - a fruit and berry salad, a hearty meat stew, and a nourishing dinner of cauliflower rice - and how they contributed to our overall sense of wellbeing.

My older kids were off from school. My son stayed with me all day. I avoided the kitchen and tried to spend as much time as possible with him instead. He was still not fully recovered from his cold, so it was a quiet "Mommy Day" of indoor play.
